Case Presentation
A 39 year old woman had a history of pain and progressive loss of motion of the left foot.
On examination, she was found to have no motion of the left hip, and less than 30 degrees of motion of the lef knee. Multiple bone and soft tissue abnormalities of the left hemipelvis, hip, femur, knee, fibula, and the left foot are shown.
